COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Annual base salary
- $234,635.20 – $267,624.00
- $12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly for panel target achievement
- Up to $44,000 annual production bonus potential
- Partnership eligible sign-on structure: – $50,000 sign-on bonus – $25,000 retention bonus in year 2 – $25,000 retention bonus in year 3
- Non-partnership sign-on structure available
- $10,000 relocation reimbursement
- Additional $10,000 relocation assistance for qualifying family relocation
- 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- $5,000 annual company credit card for licensing, DEA, CME, and equipment
- Laptop and cell phone provided
- Language differential pay available for Spanish-speaking providers
- NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility ranging from $75,000–$300,000
- Role responsibilities
- Provide outpatient-only Internal Medicine services to adult patient populations
- Manage chronic disease, preventative care, and complex primary care needs
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary support teams including MAs, RN support, behavioral health, and specialty consult resources
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care planning
- Deliver compassionate, mission-driven healthcare to underserved rural communities

Requirements
- Md or do required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine REQUIRED
- Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
- Commitment to underserved and mission-driven care REQUIRED
- Strong collaboration and communication skills REQUIRED
- Comfortable practicing within outpatient team-based environment REQUIRED
- Interest in rural healthcare strongly preferred
- New graduates welcome
