Nurse (RN or LPN)

As a Nurse (RN or LPN) at Fargo Elim, you’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Our ideal candidate will be a skilled and dependable Nurse who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.

Position Type: Full- Time

Shifts Available: Day: 6:30 am to 7:00 pm

Location: 3534 University Drive S, Fargo, ND, 58104

Nurse (RN or LPN) responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care. Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response. Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary. Performs additional duties as required.

• Qualifications: Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota is required. Prior TCU experience a plus. IV certified or in a current course. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
