• Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital; Fort Smith Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Inpatient Rehabilitation, Part-time Location: 6700 Chad Colley Boulevard, Fort Smith, AR 72916 Schedule: Part-time | Flexible Schedule | 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday) a month and at least 1 holiday a year.

• What You’ll Do Evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using evidence‑based assessment tools.
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
• Educate and empower patients and their families to understand therapy objectives and support progress.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care.
• Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed to support smooth operations.
• What You Bring Education: Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.

Experience

Background in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Licensure

Current SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP).

Certifications

Active CPR certification.
