Support assigned residents with routine daily activities and nursing care services according to their care plans. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, recording vital signs, and reporting changes in resident conditions.

We are located in Colton, CA with 156-beds and offer a wide range of rehabilitation services. Our facility is known for providing high quality care and customer service to all of our residents and their families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and an active CNA certificate in California. BLS/CPR certification is also required.
