Responsibilities

· Support clients through grief, stress, trauma-related concerns, adjustment challenges, and mood symptoms · Maintain accurate documentation and follow professional care standards · Manage a full-time telehealth caseload with reliable follow-through · Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and care updates · Active Indiana LCSW license in good standing · Ability to support clients with both emotional concerns and practical life stressors · Clear writing skills and a reliable private workspace for virtual sessions · Master of Social Work degree from an accredited program · Clinical experience providing therapy, behavioral health support, or outpatient mental health services · 2 weeks PTO · Health Insurance · 401K Plan with 3% Company Match · Remote full-time role with consistent weekday hours If you are ready for a full-time telehealth role with meaningful client contact, this is a practical next step.
