• AM-5:00 PM Job Summary This is a full-time remote role for someone who takes clinical care seriously and values a clear workday. This role supports clients in Illinois who need consistent therapy without the added barrier of an office visit. You will be trusted to manage your sessions professionally while keeping client progress at the center.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate referrals or added support when clinically appropriate · Support clients with communication, conflict, life transitions, and emotional stressors · Use MFT-informed interventions that fit each client's presenting concerns · Provide therapy for individuals, couples, or family-related concerns as assigned · Active Illinois LMFT license in good standing · Comfort providing therapy through secure telehealth systems · Strong documentation habits, professional boundaries, and a private workspace for remote sessions · Ability to help clients explore relationship patterns while keeping care practical and respectful · Sound clinical judgment and comfort managing a full-time virtual caseload · 2 weeks PTO · Health Insurance · 401K Plan with 3% Company Match · Remote full-time role with consistent weekday hours Continue your clinical career in a remote position where relationship patterns and client progress both matter.
