Clients may be working through grief, trauma histories, anxiety, depression, life pressure, relationship concerns, or major transitions. The position is listed in New Haven, but the daily work happens through a secure virtual care model. Responsibilities

· Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and care updates · Use clinical social work skills to connect emotional needs with practical next steps · Maintain accurate documentation and follow professional care standards · Use sound clinical judgment when referrals or additional support may be needed · Active Connecticut LCSW license in good standing · Comfort using telehealth tools, electronic documentation systems, and remote client communication · Strong assessment skills, ethical judgment, and ability to manage a full-time caseload · Ability to support clients with both emotional concerns and practical life stressors · Clear writing skills and a reliable private workspace for virtual sessions · 2 weeks PTO · Health Insurance · 401K Plan with 3% Company Match · Remote full-time role with consistent weekday hours If you want direct client care with a full-time rhythm, this opportunity is worth a closer look.
