The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for accurately filling medication carts, labeling medications, and delivering them to nursing units. They also assist the Pharmacist with patient profile maintenance, order entry, and daily billing.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, graduation from a pharmacy technician program, and one year of hospital experience. A current certification from the Texas Pharmacy Board is required.
