Louisiana Community Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in our Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ICFDD) community homes in Ball, LA. In this vital role, you will focus on safe medication administration, medication inventory management, med counts, and quality control processes to support the health and well-being of our residents. This full-time position reports directly to the Director of Nursing and plays a key role in regulatory compliance and resident-centered care.
Candidates must hold a current, unencumbered LPN license in Louisiana and a CPR/BLS certification. A minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or developmental disabilities settings, is required.
