The Crisis Care Liaison manages incoming crisis calls, assigns them to specialists, and maintains constant communication with referral sources. They are also responsible for accurate data entry into the EHR and whiteboard systems to ensure timely patient dispositions.
The Crisis Care Liaison is responsibility to efficiently receive phone calls, enter data, assign calls to Crisis Specialists and maintain constant contact with all referral sources to ensure timely dispositions and transfers. This person also ensures accurate information is entered in EHR and on Whiteboard.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services or related discipline from an accredited University.
13. Complete report to incoming Dispatch Specialist. 14. Utilize Therapeutic Options and Safe Clinch to deescalate and prevent aggressive outbursts. 15. Read work email every business day. 16. Abide by the policies and procedures as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
In order to appropriately accomplish his/her duties, the person occupying this position will be required to maintain effective relationships with Crisis frontline staff, Crisis Managers, and the clients of Alliance Healthcare Services.
