• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Summary This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position offers the opportunity to provide remote therapy services to clients throughout Kentucky.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote therapy services to clients through secure video sessions Conduct psychosocial assessments and determine appropriate treatment needs Prepare individualized care plans and update them throughout treatment Provide support for behavioral health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and adjustment challenges Maintain clear clinical notes and required records in a timely manner Monitor client safety, progress, and response to treatment Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches within the LCSW scope of practice Uphold privacy, confidentiality, and professional ethics in remote care Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted Kentucky LCSW license Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and accuracy Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions $115,000–$120,000 annual salary Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work environment Consistent weekday schedule Experienced LCSWs licensed in Kentucky are encouraged to submit their credentials and learn more about this full-time remote opportunity.
