Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Summary A growing behavioral health organization is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth therapy services to clients across Kentucky. This position involves direct client care, clinical documentation, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic support. In this role, you will work with clients through scheduled video sessions, helping them better understand their concerns, strengthen coping skills, and work toward practical mental health goals. The position offers a structured remote setting for an experienced clinician who is comfortable delivering care through a virtual platform.

Position Details

Location: Kentucky Setting: Remote / Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using a secure virtual platform Perform initial assessments and gather relevant clinical history Create treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes Provide therapy for mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, relationship stress, grief, and adjustment issues Complete progress notes, assessments, and required clinical records Evaluate client progress and modify care plans when clinically appropriate Identify when referrals or a higher level of care may be needed Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards in all client interactions Follow state, federal, and organizational requirements for telehealth care Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted Kentucky LCSW license Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and accuracy Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions $115,000–$120,000 annual salary Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work environment Consistent weekday schedule Qualified Kentucky LCSWs who are ready to continue their clinical career in a remote setting are encouraged to submit their resume for consideration.
