Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and evidence-based medication therapy for patients in the Neuro ICU and Neurovascular Stepdown Units. Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy residents and participate in hospital-level committees, including the Stroke Committee.
The Neurocritical Care Clinical Pharmacist will provide pharmacotherapeutic support for patients in the Neuro Intensive Care Unit and Neurovascular Stepdown Unit.
In addition to being an integral member of the interdisciplinary patient care team, this individual will participate in numerous Committees at both the hospital and health system level(s). The Neurocritical Care Clinical Pharmacist will also serve as a preceptor in the Atlantic Health PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program.
