Provide non-denominational spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and their families. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary medical team to develop and implement individualized spiritual care plans.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in theology, religion, human services, or a related field, or a minimum of one unit of ACPE-accredited Clinical Pastoral Education. Must be able to provide inclusive care respecting all faiths and cultural backgrounds.
