Prepare the operating room and assist world-renowned surgeons during complex surgical procedures in a Level 1 Trauma Center. Anticipate surgeon needs and maintain a fast-paced environment to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
Completion of a Surgical Technologist program is required, though two years of experience may be considered as an alternative. BLS/CPR certification is required within six months of hire.
Part-time, 90% FTE, day/evening shift. Three 12-hour shifts are scheduled between the hours of 6:40am – 7:10pm, possibly one 9:40am - 11:10pm shift per week. Weekend and weekday call shift responsibilities. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
