Serves as a patient advocate and provides emotional support and home care instructions for patient and family; provides ongoing staff and community education and supports the implementation of outreach/outpatient programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Michigan.

• Specialty certification by professional organization, preferred.
• 4.
• A minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, including one year in area of specialization.
• Two to three years Pediatric nursing experience, including one year in area of specialization, if in a pediatric setting.

• Surgical services include general, thoracic, reconstructive and cardiovascular.
• Imaging technology designed specifically for children provides advanced diagnostic services including Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and MRI.
