...JOB DUTIES INCLUDE... ENGAGE PAW’S COLLABORATIVE PROCESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES... Attend individual Collaborative Meetings with members of the Collaborative Team. Track progress through Core Training, and track issues and accomplishments as they arise Provide feedback on guidelines, processes and policies with intent to improve efficiency and effectiveness Attend departmental or All-Staff meetings PERFORM PROCESS RELATED DUTIES.... Direct and concise communications with caregivers Recognize and respond accordingly to emotionally charged interactions with caregivers and/or staff Utilize practice management software for the creation of estimates, invoices, prescriptions, and certificates SERVICE-MINDED ACTIONS... Safe handling, movement, restraint and relocation of patients Maintenance of all biosecurity, cleanliness, and isolation protocols Proficient sample acquisition, phlebotomy, laboratory & surgical practices Read, interpret and assist with the implementation of written medical treatments PRACTICE PATIENT RELATED DUTIES...
