• 2 years of Anesthesia Technician and/or other related acute clinical patient care experience required.
• Licensure/Certifications/Registration: Anesthesia technician certification is preferred and required unless candidate has had formal healthcare training which has resulted in certification or licensure in a healthcare role related to the anesthesia technician duties. Must successfully complete AHA BLS-HCP within 2 months of hire and maintain throughout employment. Other

Minimum Qualifications

Effective interpersonal, critical thinking skills, communication and team working skills required. Must successfully complete orientation and competency validation for position. Must complete all anesthesia technician I and II competencies within 6 weeks of hire. Must be able to fulfill fundamental components/essential elements of position. Basic computer skills. Ability to work in a high pressure/rapid paced environment. Ethical and legal issues and responsibilities.
