Provide direct treatment to residents to improve independence with daily living activities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to maintain accurate documentation and support resident progress.
Requires an Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program and a current state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. CPR certification is required, and experience with Net Health or PointClickCare is preferred.
