The RN performs initial and ongoing patient assessments and establishes appropriate plans of care. They also supervise nursing staff, manage patient flow, and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers in the emergency room.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree (BSN preferred) and a valid Registered Nurse license for Tennessee or a Compact State. Required certifications include BLS at hire and PALS within six months.
