The Rehab RN is responsible for performing patient assessments, implementing nursing interventions, and documenting medical necessity. They also develop interdisciplinary care plans and conduct quality improvement assessments for patients recovering from various injuries and conditions.
Applicants must have an associate's degree in nursing and a current Pennsylvania or compact state RN license. BLS certification is required, while ACLS, CRRN certification, a BSN, and six months of Med/Surg experience are preferred.
Six months of Medical/Surgical experience preferred.
Must have a current Pennsylvania or compact state RN license.
