The Clinical Research Assistant is responsible for recruiting and screening subjects and coordinating the execution of clinical trials. They must collect accurate data and monitor participants to ensure adherence to research protocols and ethical standards.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in clinical research or 2+ years in healthcare, preferably in ophthalmology. A high school diploma or GED is required along with proficiency in MS Office and an analytical mindset.
