The TBS Coach provides family-centered mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and behavior management coaching for youth and their families. Responsibilities include developing behavioral treatment plans, coordinating care across life domains, and maintaining detailed client records.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree, combined with at least one year of experience providing behavioral services. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to participate in on-call rapid response shifts are required.
The Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Coach provides family-centered mental health counseling, support, crisis intervention, and case management services for youth and their families. TBS Coaches are members of a multi-disciplinary team and provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive services in the community at times and locations convenient to the family.
