Perform and record ultrasound diagnostic tests of patients' pelvic, abdominal, and vascular areas to assist in disease diagnosis. Assist physicians with examinations and sterile procedures while managing general clerical duties.

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.

What you will do
Obtains information about internal organs, fluid accumulations, blood flow, masses or development of fetuses for use in diagnosis of disease, study of malfunction of organs, prenatal examination of fetuses and placenta.
Ensures ultrasound tests are of high quality and records results.
Assists physicians in carrying out examinations, consultations, sterile procedures.
Performs general clerical duties such as report filing and distribution, answering telephones, taking and relaying messages, photocopying materials.

Requires completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program with an associate's degree preferred. Must be registry eligible and obtain ARDMS registration within one year of hire.
