The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides services as planned, delegated, and supervised by a licensed Occupational Therapist. The COTA actively participates in implementing the rehabilitative plan of care developed by the Occupational Therapist and physician and is responsible for supporting patient progress through therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities: Carry out treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment Communicate effectively with the therapy team regarding patient needs and outcomes Assist in modifying treatment interventions under the direction of the Occupational Therapist Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards Why Join Trinity Rehab?
