Must hold a current Oklahoma LPN or RN license and obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days. Previous experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is strongly preferred.

We provide evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders while creating lasting positive outcomes for the communities we serve. We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and clinically strong Registered Nurses to join our growing team in Pawnee, Oklahoma.
The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care, medication administration, patient assessments, and clinical support for individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This position serves as an essential member of the treatment team, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout the recovery journey.
Conduct nursing assessments upon admission and throughout treatment. Monitor patient health status and response to treatment. Assess and document withdrawal symptoms using established protocols. Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. Maintain accurate medication records and controlled substance documentation. Support Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols and patient education. Collaborate with providers, therapists, case managers, and recovery support staff. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings. Complete all clinical documentation accurately and timely. Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards and state licensing requirements. Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Provide education regarding medications, treatment plans, and recovery.
Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or ability to obtain. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Ability to pass background screening and drug screening. Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and critical thinking skills.
Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, detoxification, or psychiatric nursing. Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Experience working within residential treatment or detox settings. Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements.
