• TO DO: - Work positively as a team member within the outpatient services, alongside a team of professionals who are providing pivotal, industry-leading behavioral health services to those in need - Lead Intensive Outpatient group sessions - See individuals in the outpatient setting - Utilize experience and education to expertly assess and treat program participants - Work with the individuals in service and the treatment team to continuously adapt each individual's treatment plan to reflect his or her changing needs, strengths, desires, and preferences - Conduct initial comprehensive assessments, ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, and complete associated documentation - Rely on your professional background and knowledge, while being open to learning new therapeutic methods and philosophies of treatment to stay on the leading edge - Maintain our agency's high standard of care in working with consumers in a dual-diagnosis, long-term treatment program - Make a huge difference in the lives of people receiving services THE COMPANY For more than 52 years, CenterPointe has been a leader in providing holistic, person-centered care for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges.
