Function as a Behavioral Health Consultant within interdisciplinary Primary Care teams to provide direct care to patients and families. Responsibilities include conducting routine assessments and developing personalized treatment plans consistent with patient needs.
Requires a Master's degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Social Work and a valid Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC license. Candidates must have at least two years of post-graduate experience in an outpatient mental health or integrated behavioral health setting.

1. Graduate-level supervised internships or practice in a outpatient mental health setting or Integrated Behavioral Health. 2. Minimum two years of post-graduate experience in a outpatient mental health setting or Integrated Behavioral Health.
Master’s in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or Master’s in Social Work.
Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor required.
