The coordinator provides in-home supportive services, advocacy, and crisis response to youth and families to ensure safe community living. They coordinate mental health, medical, and educational services while maintaining relationships with foster parents and families of origin.
A degree in Social Work or a comparable Human Services field is required, with two years of direct service experience preferred. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to work evening hours.
Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution. 2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferred. A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours with afternoon and evening availability. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and a good driving record. Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
