Provide skilled physical therapy assistant services and execute individualized treatment plans within patients' homes. Document patient progress and collaborate with supervising PTs, physicians, and caregivers to improve patient independence.
Candidates must hold an active New Jersey PTA license and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Strong communication skills are required, and home care experience is preferred.
