Market context

Florida primary care roles stay competitive

Florida continues to see steady demand for primary care physicians, especially in senior value-based care settings that need clinicians comfortable managing complex chronic conditions. These roles are competitive because employers typically look for an MD or DO, board certification or eligibility in Geriatrics, Family, or Internal Medicine, a valid Florida license, DEA registration, and experience in value-based care. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your senior-care experience and licensure details before applying.
