Independently assess, insert, and maintain PICC lines, midlines, and PIVs using ultrasound guidance for patients in skilled nursing facilities and private residences. Coordinate care needs with facility healthcare teams and manage a daily mobile caseload.
Requires a current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license and at least one year of recent clinical experience in vascular access. A valid driver's license and proficiency in ultrasound-guided insertion are required or highly preferred.
