The APC provides comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes and thyroid disease, through assessments and individualized treatment plans. They collaborate with endocrinologists and multidisciplinary teams to manage chronic conditions and maintain accurate medical records.
Candidates must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate in Delaware with national certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA). DEA registration and prescriptive authority are required, with 1-2 years of experience in endocrinology or internal medicine preferred.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join our Endocrinology team. The APC will work collaboratively with the endocrinology clinicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and metabolic disorders.
Experience managing insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring systems. Familiarity with endocrine-specific EMR templates and workflows.
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate in Delaware or able to obtain. National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
