Intake Coordinator

Responsibilities

• We are now hiring an Intake Coordinator at Sea Grove Recovery, a new facility opening in 2025!
• Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery will provide substance use treatment for adults, as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder.
• The 41-bed facility is in a serene, wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment.
• Sea Grove offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place for most of the day throughout the week with PHP lodging available.
• The program allows for those in our care to receive treatments and therapies throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing and a treatment plan built around their individual needs.
• In addition to the substance use program, Sea Grove Recovery is equipped to provide treatment to those with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health disorder.
• Visit us online at: https://seagroverecovery.com/ The Intake Coordinator is responsible for the assessment and admission of patients, and the screening of potential clients for the appropriate care.
• This position interfaces with the centralized Admissions Center, verifies insurance information, completes prior authorizations, and maintains complete intake files.
• The Intake Coordinator also explains the evaluation and admission process to potential patients and referral sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience required.
• Peer counselor eligibility preferred.
