This role is a casual position. About the OR at St.
Assesses patient needs and identifies expected nursing outcomes. Collaborates with patient, family and other health team members to develop a nursing plan as part of an integrated, comprehensive plan of care Develops an individualized plan based on age, social and cultural considerations, condition and other relevant needs. Evaluates care and patient response to interventions and expected outcomes. Collaborates and communicates effectively and respectfully with the patient, family and members of the health care team within and across care settings to promote partnership-based health care Demonstrates the ability to advance care by utilizing standards, guidelines, care pathways and continuous improvement to enhance patient outcomes. Promotes a culture of evidence based practice (EBP)
Required Qualifications Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross) MN Registered Nurse (RN) License 5 years of current acute care RN OR experience
Bachelors Degree in Nursing 3-5 years RN OR experience Advanced Cardiac Life Support (American Heart Assoc) Some positions may require ACLS depending on the unit and patient population.

The posted compensation range corresponds to the minimum and maximum pay rates outlined in your union agreement for the respective job classifications at the time of job posting. Candidates must hold a MN Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification, with 5 years of acute care OR experience required. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and ACLS certification are preferred.
