Job Overview

• Fairview Range is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Women's Health and Birth Center team in Hibbing, MN.
• The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients and oversee unit operations for a shift when functioning as charge nurse.
• All RNs within the unit are trained to Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, and lactation support.
• Some RNs on the unit are Certified Lactation Consultants.
• We offer inpatient and outpatient lactation support services through IBCLC, CLC, and lactation trained RNs.

Schedule

• This position is a temporary FTE increase to 0.9 FTE, 12-hour Day/Night shifts and every third weekends. Anticipated time frame is 90 days for the temporary FTE (July - September).

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities Performs a total systems assessment according to established policies (including physical, psychosocial and spiritual data) upon admission, as well as ongoing assessments. Analyzes assessment data, identifies problems and develops the plan of care in collaboration with the patient, significant other and resource personnel.
