The LPN performs patient assessments and delivers care based on acuity levels and physician orders under RN supervision. They are responsible for administering treatments, documenting patient data, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams for discharge planning.
Candidates must hold a Missouri LPN license and BLS/ACLS certifications. A minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience is required, preferably in med-surg, ICU, or ER hospital settings.
