Candidates must be willing to obtain a Nursing Assistant certification in Minnesota. Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward the elderly are required.
NAR in training wage ranges from $21-$23 per hour depending on relevant experience. 10 years experience credit given with relevant experience. Additional 75 cents per hour for 2pm-9:59pm.
