The Dental Assistant provides chairside support to doctors during procedures and manages the sterilization of instruments and treatment rooms. They are also responsible for taking X-rays, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a smooth patient flow.
Candidates must meet state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements such as RDA, CDA, or EFDA. A current CPR/BLS certification and knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA standards are also required.
Schedule (days/hours)
Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams
Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state) Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
Compensation: $35-$37/Hour About Us
