The Residential Therapist provides individual, family, and group psychotherapy to youth with mental health challenges. They are also responsible for obtaining social histories and acting as a liaison between patients, families, and referral sources.
A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling is required, along with a valid Indiana license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LSW). Candidates must have working knowledge of DBT and complete a certification course within six months of hire.
Education: Master's degree in social work, psychology or counseling required.
