Educate parents and caregivers on navigating behavioral and social service systems and facilitate access to community resources. Collaborate with System of Care Coordinators to provide whole-person care for youth receiving mental health and substance use services.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least four years of experience as a primary caregiver for a child receiving Medicaid or State funded behavioral health services. Must possess a valid driver's license and reside in Anson, Montgomery, Moore, or Richmond counties.
