As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans while providing skilled nursing care and patient education. You will also coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams and monitor patient progress.
An active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license is required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Home health experience is preferred but not mandatory.
