Provide personalized in-home speech therapy services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapeutic exercises, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active New Hampshire SLP license. A minimum of one year of experience, preferably in home healthcare, and current CPR certification are preferred.
