The Home Care Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial deficits to improve their independence in daily living activities. This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and maintaining detailed patient documentation.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from an AOTA-accredited program, current State Licensure as an OT, and BLS certification. A valid Ohio driver's license and proof of specific automobile insurance coverage are also required.
