Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina or eligible for licensure. Experience in primary care is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), which means we provide comprehensive primary care services to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay, and focus on serving underserved and rural communities. FQHC status also allows us to offer additional support and resources to our patients and staff.
Provide primary and preventive care to patients of all ages Part-time schedule — typically 2–3 days per week with flexibility based on provider preference.
