Assist with physical assessments and collect lab specimens. Administer medications and basic treatments as prescribed. Support providers with exams, procedures, and clinical tasks. Educate patients on wellness practices and clearly communicate physician instructions. Ensure safety and compliance with infection control and confidentiality standards. Accurately chart assessments, interventions, and test results in Athena (EMR)
Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Active RN license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain one). At least 1 year of nursing experience; clinic or community health experience a plus. Proficiency in blood draws and medication dosage calculation. A calm, confident presence and the ability to act in emergencies.
