What You’ll Do as an LPN

Assist with physical assessments and collect lab specimens. Administer medications and basic treatments as prescribed. Support providers with exams, procedures, and minor clinical tasks. Educate patients on wellness practices and clearly communicate physician instructions. Ensure safety and compliance with infection control and confidentiality standards. Accurately chart assessments, interventions, and test results in Athena (EMR)

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Active LPN license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain one). At least 1 year of nursing experience; clinic or community health experience a plus. Proficiency in blood draws and medication dosage calculation. A calm, confident presence and the ability to act in emergencies.

Full-Time Pay and Benefits

• Pay: $23.00 – $25.50 per hour (based on experience)
• Time
• Off: 14 days PTO, up to 5 days wellness leave, and 13 paid holidays
