Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy services to patients within their homes. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and completing Medicare OASIS documentation.
Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Experience with home health and Medicare OASIS documentation is preferred but not required.
