The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating and implementing treatment modalities for patients in accordance with departmental policies. They collaborate with hospital team members to plan and maintain individualized therapy programs to meet patient needs.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy, pass the NBCOT exam, and possess a valid BLS certification. A professional license to practice in California or Nevada is required depending on the practice location.
Bargaining Unit: Non Represented
$61.24hour + DOE (Base Pay of $54.44/hour includes 12.5% per diem premium)
Under the direct supervision of the manager, the Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing patient care services consisting of evaluation and implementation of modalities and treatments in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures and as indicated by licensing agencies in the State of practice (CA/NV).

Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program, be licensed to practice and pass the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam,

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers - Upon Hire
Employee will be enrolled in the Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) Basic Life Support (BLS) Entry or Prep Curriculum (depending on their previous BLS certification). - Within 3 months of hire into job
