Occupational Therapist - OT (Per Diem)

A Per Diem Occupational Therapist , (OT/OTR), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Holden, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.

• Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 123 bed nursing facility providing long term skilled care and short term rehab services.
• Holden Rehab is newly renovated and has grown to accommodate many needs with state of the art equipment and mostly private accommodations.
• Within Holden's new building there are three distinct neighborhoods; short stay, long term and Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit.
• Each neighborhood has an activity area, family meeting spaces, outdoor courtyards and dining areas with country kitchens.
• The Town Square is home to our Hair Salon, Consultation Office, and Coffee Shop.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license or license eligible to practice in the state where to be employed.
• Prior experience in a sub-acute/ skilled nursing facility setting is required
• Must enjoy working with the geriatric population to improve their quality of life
